21 Character Salute to Mario!

Lots of tiny hand cutting felt pieces, so much hand work, tiny hand stitches galore! Many, many hours, now being sent to NY. Great fun!

This plushy Mario Ba-Bomb zipped together relatively quickly and was fun to make. He is headed to NY as soon as the totes are complete, I'll post them soon.

What Darling Stitch is up to

I have been currently working on concurrent projects for Etsy. I have finished some of my felt projects. Will soon post Mario Ba-Bomb plushy. Working a privately contracted project, also one for an Edward Tulane doll, 50 birthday totes, and a Clue Chess set. Phew, hope my hands won't fail me now! I'd also like to start to learn how to do "tatting", which is an ancient form of lacemaking. I've picked up my crocheting again and some knitting to try and finish past projects. I learned how to paper fold some neat origami stars. And made a birthday gift for a good friend out of paper and tons of modge podge, it was a french fry style box decopodged with an oriental theme. I should have photographed that one, I haven't made anything like it before. I was also given the go ahead to use some sketches my other close friend made... I have some cute plans for them, I'm hoping get finished in the near future.

octavian augustus

This little guy sold the same day he was posted, just as much fun to make too! He went to Iowa.

Didn't make the Etsy list...

Looking around and always making something, these are some of the idle things I quickly make to try and move to the next project to get things done. They didn't make the Etsy shop for one reason or another.

Darling Deer

This little guy ended up getting black beady eyes and went to Australia for a fun Woodland themed party.
